Glowing Circle
Glowing Circle made purely with CSS3 box-shadows . There are multiple box-shadows used separated by a comma to create the glow effect as you can see in the code. When hovered, the color of the box-shadow is changed with a nice smooth animation with the help of CSS3 transitions.
