idea behind the meter is from one of android battery widget. i have applied css3 to create the look a like effect.
current post only support only Google Chrome.. this is due to standards between vendors, why different browswes use their own name in prefix like -webkit-, -moz-, -o-, -ms-,,, why cant the css3 style with out verndors own standards
