Inline SVG in CSS test example
Things to watch out for:
1). Be mindful of double/single quote mixes inside the URL.
2). Be sure to escape HTML characters ( i.e. color="#ccf" becomes color="%23ccf").
3). So far IE10 doesn't want to play. Not sure if that's fixable yet.
