CSS3 Sleek Black Modal
Pure CSS Modal in Black theme. Add some JS to make the make the buttons functional. Yet another creation i found somewhere like the previous one and don't know who made it. I have done a lot of improvements to the old code to make the creation a lot more cross browser compatible, clean and semantically better.
It's a good blend of some of the new CSS3 features like text-shadow , linear-gradient , box-shadow and border-radius.
